This week on ‘Confidence Journeys’, I talk to
of The Wellbeing Equation. Bronce is a psychoanalyst, psychologist and health and wellness coach.During the pandemic, when Bronce was unable to continue his face-to-face sessions, he set about writing a book. Bronce is in the process of getting his book, also called The Wellbeing Equation, published and out into the world.
We discussed the challenges of initiating something new and taking actions that make us feel uncomfortable. In Bronce’s case, he needed to build an audience online, something he had never really wanted to venture into before.
